Fatouma Seyni Fatouma Seyni is a Senior Scientist at the National Institute for Agronomic Research (Institut National de Recherches Agronomiques du Niger - INRAN), with expertise in the field of isotope use in Agronomy. She holds a PhD in Soil Science from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bodenkultur Vienna, Austria. Dr. Fatouma Seyni is a national of Niger and she joined the Board in March 2008. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in research on soils in Niger and consulting on nitrogen fixation for the International Atomic Energy Agency. She currently works on soil fertility management in various food crops and developing fertilizer recommendations and soil management packages for optimum crop production and sustained soil fertility.
