Countries and international organizations seeking membership of IVC must submit a request through WARDA. This should include a study of the current use of inland valleys, the potential for their development, a national strategy for the inland valley use, and a brief synthesis of the state-of-the-art in the country or international institution. WARDA, in consultation with the other IVC members, will decide on admittance.
