The Africa Rice Congress 2010 is open to all those who are interested in the development of the rice sector in Africa. Rice stakeholders from research, development, donor community, civil society and private sector are especially invited to attend.

Registration fees

US$300 for those registering by 31 December 2009, US$400 afterwards! The registration fee covers conference participation, field trip, print and CD publications, promotional material, coffee and lunches.

Payment procedure

Wire transfer registration fees to Africa Rice Center bank account. For transfer details, contact Dr Rita Agboh-Noameshie.

Paper / Poster submission

Participants planning to present a paper or poster are requested to submit an abstract to Dr Rita Agboh-Noameshie by 15 November 2009. Authors of abstracts that are accepted will be duly invited to develop full papers.

3. Abstract text: maximum 500 words (Indicate submission for oral presentation or poster)
